Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if eligible.

Can I have a refund or exchange my product?

All items on our website are produced on-demand. Once an order is placed, we will usually complete the product in 5-10 business days. In certain cases, we will have a high volume of orders, or a special-order garment, and will need more time. Because the items are produced on-demand we cannot accept exchanges, returns or issue refunds.

We will issue refunds for orders that are defective, e.g. misprints, receiving the wrong color or size, or holes in the garment. If a return or exchange is requested, we will review the request and determine if a refund or exchange will be given. Refund/exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase. 

No refunds will be given for mistakes made outside of our control. This includes you ordering a wrong size, style, or color. We print the exact number of garments, based on the orders that came in, and we will not have extras. Please review your order before you finish checkout to avoid any issues.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Again, No refunds will be given for mistakes made outside of our control. This includes you ordering a wrong size, style, or color. We produce the exact number of garments, based on the orders that came in, and we will not have extras.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded as store credit.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to process and to be shipped out. Our fulfillment centers are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take about 7-10 days.

Our prices are significantly lower than our competitors since we have relationships with our suppliers to ship directly to the customer! The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times, though we work our hardest to get your order shipped as fast as possible.

We ship worldwide. Please be aware that international shipments are subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are applied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Countries we currently that we ship to are: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia, Canada, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and South Africa.

Again, Please be aware that your order may be subject to local customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order ships. These charges are always the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.

Again, Please note that all international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning they may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
